Privacy Policy
In short
We do not collect any of your personal data. The app needs no account, shows no ads, and uses no third-party analytics or tracking.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your questions, the cards you draw, readings, conversations with readers, journal entries and notes, favourites, settings and streak records are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. If you use iCloud device backup, this data may be included in Apple's backup of your device, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
2. AI readings
AI readings use Apple's on-device model and run entirely on your device. Your questions and conversations are not sent to us or to any other AI service.
3. Notifications and widgets
Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device and do not pass through any server. The home-screen widget reads today's card from a shared area on your device (an App Group); the data never leaves your device.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We only receive confirmation from Apple of whether a purchase was made. We never receive your name, email or payment details.
5. Sharing
A reading image is sent only when you choose to share it, through the system share sheet, to the app you pick. Your question is hidden on the image by default.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete any journal entry at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children (in fact we collect no personal data from anyone).

1. Purpose
Huayun Tarot ("the app") is a tarot app inspired by Chinese mythology. It is for entertainment, cultural appreciation and self-reflection only. Tarot cannot predict the future or determine the outcome of anything. Cards are drawn at random, and readings offer one way of thinking about a situation. They are not facts, predictions or guarantees.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and it does not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified professional. For matters of health, mental health, legal disputes, money, investments, work or major life decisions, please consult a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking professional help because of anything in the app.
3. Your decisions are your own
Any decision you make or action you take based on the app is your own choice and your own responsibility. Always rely on your own judgement, your real circumstances and professional advice.
4. AI-generated content
On supported devices, the app uses Apple's on-device AI model to write readings and replies based on your question and the cards drawn. This content is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a person. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or inappropriate. The readers Xuanqing, Su'e, Ziheng and Xiaojiu are fictional characters, not real people, and hold no professional qualifications. Please read AI content critically.
5. Wellbeing and emergencies
The app is not counselling or a crisis service. If you feel very distressed, have thoughts of harming yourself or others, or are in danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline right away, or reach out to someone you trust. For example: Singapore SOS 1767, Malaysia Befrienders 03-7627 2929, Taiwan 1925, Hong Kong Samaritan Befrienders 2389 2222.
6. Cultural content
The mythological figures and stories in the app are artistic reinterpretations of Chinese culture and folklore, used to illustrate card meanings. They do not represent any religious position and are not intended to offend any belief or tradition.
7. Age
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss (financial, emotional or otherwise) arising from using or being unable to use the app, or from relying on its content. In any case, the developer's total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Purchases and refunds
"Full Deck" is a one-time purchase handled by the Apple App Store. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; the developer never sees your payment details. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the app.
10. Intellectual property
The card illustrations, card back, reader portraits, text and interface design in the app are owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by copyright. They may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission. Sharing images of your own readings through the share feature for non-commercial purposes is welcome.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and on our website, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. This notice is governed by the laws of Singapore.

4. 购买
应用内购买由 Apple 处理。我们只会从 Apple 收到「是否已购买」的确认，不会收到你的姓名、电邮或付款资料。
5. 分享
只有在你主动使用分享功能时，解读图片才会通过系统分享菜单发送到你选择的应用。图片默认不显示你的问题。
6. 删除资料
你可以在日记中随时删除单篇记录。删除本应用，即会删除设备上所有本应用的资料。
7. 儿童
本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会在知情的情况下收集任何儿童的资料（事实上我们不收集任何人的资料）。

11. 条款更新与适用法律
我们可能不时更新本声明，更新后的版本会在应用内及网站公布。继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的内容。本声明受新加坡法律管辖。
